Prior to joining Peoples Company in 2002, Randy worked for 20 years as an agricultural lender in community banks, while maintaining involvement in his family’s farming operation in northeast Iowa. Randy currently directs the Land Management division of Peoples Company with over $100 million in farm assets.
Randy works to establish shared goals between landowners and farm operators and serves as an advocate for the landowner in lease negotiations with their farm operator. Randy ensures that the provisions in the farm lease are maintained by the farm operator and records pertinent farm yield and fertility information for each property.

Growing up on a farm in rural Clinton Co., Alan McNeil has been involved with Agriculture since a young age. After high school Alan continued his agricultural education at Iowa State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture. After college Alan began his brokerage career. Over the past 3 years since graduating college Alan has traveled throughout the Midwest and the Delta evaluating farmland. Nick was raised on a Decatur County farm. He returned to full time farming after two years logging in Oregon and then receiving a BS degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 1979. Nick became a fourth generation farmer with cow/calf, corn/beans, and hogs. He started part time employment with USDA in 1983 and full time in 1990. He has multi-county experience as District Conservationist in Decatur, Appanoose, Clarke, Marion, and Wright Counties. Nick retired in April 2016 after being the District Conservationist in Warren County since 2003.

John Reburn is from New Albin, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in May of 2017. After graduating with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, John knew he wanted to enter the Agricultural Industry. John developed a passion for farming while growing up in rural Iowa and working on a farm throughout college.
John’s primary focus is helping clients acquire and sell land. Adam's entire career, spanning the last 27 years, has been focused on the regional agricultural industry with many of those years spent in farm and food production management and operations. Since 2006, he has been specializing in the representation of clients involved in large agribusiness transfers totaling tens of millions of dollars. Molly Zaver has extensive experience in business operations, management and marketing. She joined the Peoples Company team in January 2017 and previously served as executive director for the Iowa Chapter of Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and executive secretary for the Iowa Chapter of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). During her time working with the Iowa Chapter of RLI, she led the Chapter to win the 2013 Chapter of the Year award and also earned the 2015 Chapter Administrator of the Year award from the National Realtors Land Institute. She has also served as executive director of the Bondurant Area Chamber of Commerce and Bondurant Development, Inc.
After her battle with cancer in 2011, she founded Can Do Cancer, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing free support services for women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. She serves as its board president and previously served on the board of directors for the Ankeny Art Center and Bondurant Community Library Foundation.
Molly is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and serves on its Scholarship Committee. She is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute where she currently serves on its National Future Leaders Committee.
